Now this piece has some great work on it. Like sublte NMMs. The long grey sides have a nice reflective quality without being chrome. THe red armor plates have some small reflective points that make the rest of the red look more metallic.
Do you ever use washes or glazes, or is all this just straight blending?
Principally I apply light point so I get to give feeling metallic in some parts of the miniature Also I use ink in the shadow I do not use glazes, I use acrylic paint see you angel
